Terms of Service

1. Scope of Service & Account Registration

AgencyQueue (agencyqueue.com) provides client request queue, inbound email intake, magic-link proofing, and billing software for subscription design agencies. Agencies must supply accurate registration and billing information, keep workspace settings current, and protect access credentials and magic links. Clients may access agency-provided portals and proof links without creating a separate account.

2. Plans & Pricing: Free Tier ($0/mo) vs. Pro White-Label Tier ($49/mo Flat)

The Free Tier costs $0/mo and is capped at 3 active clients and 2 internal seats, with a mandatory Powered by AgencyQueue badge on client-facing views. It includes a single-file priority queue, inbound email intake, and accountless proofing.

The Pro White-Label Tier costs $49/mo flat and includes unlimited active clients, unlimited team and contractor seats at $0/seat, badge removal, custom domain, custom SMTP, Slack notifications, and webhooks. Integration features require appropriate configuration. Pro is billed month-to-month and may be canceled at any time, subject to the billing-cycle terms below.

3. Stripe Connect Standard Agency Storefronts & Merchant of Record

Agencies connect their own Stripe Connect Standard accounts with a $0 AgencyQueue platform fee. Stripe's own processing and other applicable fees remain payable. Each subscribing agency is the Merchant of Record for its own clients and is solely responsible for client fulfillment, service delivery, refunds, disputes, and chargebacks, as well as its own tax and regulatory obligations. AgencyQueue supplies software and is not a party to the agency's client service agreement.

4. Acceptable Use, Intellectual Property & Client Deliverables

Agencies and clients retain ownership of uploaded deliverables, including PNG, JPG, WebP, and PDF files up to 25 MB and externally linked content. You grant AgencyQueue only the permission needed to host, process, and display your content to the parties you authorize. You must have the rights necessary to upload and share it.

You may not upload unlawful or malicious content, infringe others' rights, attempt unauthorized access, or abuse inbound email aliases. External deliverable services are governed by their own terms. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse or comply with law.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Agencies may request to downgrade or cancel their $49/mo Pro subscription at any time from the Agency Command Center, effective at the end of the current billing cycle. If a billing cancellation control is unavailable, contact support@agencyqueue.com or jrogercoker@gmail.com to request cancellation. Switching a workspace's displayed plan alone does not confirm cancellation of a paid Stripe subscription.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, fees already paid for the current billing cycle are non-refundable and no prorated refund is provided for unused time. Cancellation stops future renewals once confirmed. Refunds for client purchases from an agency storefront are determined and handled by that agency, not AgencyQueue.

6. Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the quality or delivery of work supplied by subscribing agencies.

To the extent permitted by law, AgencyQueue's total liability arising from the service is capped at the fees you paid to AgencyQueue in the preceding 12 months. These limitations do not exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be limited. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, subject to mandatory protections applicable in your jurisdiction.
